To the CDS we supplied the .dat files along with the ReadMe. We
converted to .fits using the program anafile-7.57/tofits from the CDS
for all of the files except the GCNS_cat.fits.gz and
GCNS_reject.fits.gz which were the original data files we were working
with. While fits are usually easier to read some people have said they
had problems so we provide both.
